We worked closely with Jason from JMC Construction over the course of two years as we did an extensive remodel to our house. Our remodel included fixing crooked framing, framing for our new additions, pouring foundation, moving multiple walls, and inserting new wood and steel beams for our open concept. In addition, Jason completed the hardscape for our backyard which included a retaining wall, stairs, and pavers. All this work would normally be handled by different teams but Jason was able to handle it all.

Jason is very straight forward to work with. He is willing to do what it takes so that we are satisfied with the outcome. He would provide different options so we can achieve our goal. One of Jason’s best qualities is that he can foresee potential complications for other trades if certain items aren’t fixed. His attention to detail makes for a very smooth transition for other trades to come in after framing (Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Stucco etc.). Jason has been great managing his team and he is onsite to ensure quality work. Renovating a house is generally a stressful experience as homeowners, but Jason’s communication and experience has made it a lot better. We would definitely hire JMC again for future projects!
